Payment Options

Payments are expected before or on date of party  and can be paid via bank transfer or cash on delivery

What is your policy for damaged products?

You will be expected to return the inflatable in a clean undamaged condition within the time scale agreed any failure to do so will incur extra charges and loss of earnings there is a contract on delivery to explain this in depth

Cancellation Policy 

If cancellations are made due to poor weather conditions prior to delivery there will be no charge if cancellations are made within 48 hours of party date there will be a 20% charge if booking are cancelled on your doorstep  there will be 50% charge
